It was a last minute decision to jog this evening.
I met Guohan at the park opposite Yishun Sapphire condominium.
We completed a total of 5.6km (to and fro) with guohan covering more since he ran from home.
I walked for about 1.6km i think( i am weak, seriously)
while guohan stopped for less.
After 2.8km, we reached a villa which looked like bottle tree, just off of sembawang park and slacked a while. on the way to the villa, we saw a dog, the dog wasn't leased, so i disturbed it by calling it jason and signalling it to come to me. the dog keep looking at me, but instead, turn backed and followed its owner, leaving guohan and me to our laughters.
Then an ang moh guy commented to us " it's a ferocious dog!"
and we laughed even more.
anyway, i ran for 1.2km, then rest, then run, then rest.
I htink i walk more than i run, but guohan say no. i run about 4km, i am so happy!
normally i cannot even cover 2.4km( maybe i did in 14 minutes)

after the 2.8km to the villa, we slacked around then ran back. This time is funnier, i stopped even more. while guohan is so power, keep running. now i dont think i walked for 1.6km, maybe 2.4km of walking in total! leaving a total 3.2km on running!, not one shot, but in many intervals! I kept stopping. ( see, i'm so weak!, but i am very very happy i managed to achieve so much)

We then walk to chong pang, then bought a drink and i took a bus back home.

The camp duration was from 8-11September 2009, Palm resort JB
I was placed in Group 1

This camp is more of an holiday. 3Person sharing a room, with 2 beds each room. I can't believe my luck when i saw Air-Con( switched on 24 hours) as well as bathtub.
Food; Every meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, is buffet, maybe except for 10September dinner, we had 8 course meal.

WARNING: this will be a boring post as I do not take photos, however I might upload some photos from facebook.

Day1
We assembled in school, set off for malaysia and reached the resort and we settled down in the conference room. As expected, talking about some leadership stuffs, lectures, get to know each other better and stuffs like these.
EVENT OF THE DAY: Geo Challenge, or teasure hunt in other words.
it was fun, running around the whole resort searching for clues and challenges. Although our group did not come in first, we have learn quite a lot from each other.
At around 6pm, we got our keys to the room and we went to settle down. We walked the stairs to the third level because apprantly, being blind, i couldn't see thelift which was a few metres away.
Upon entering the room, i saw the BATHTUB. I was so excited then i literally shouted " I WANT TO BE THE FIRST TO BATHE"
I was a fun experience i must admit, soaking my body in the tub of soap water.
After bathing, we went for buffet dinner and after which the group came to my group to practice the dance for GALA NIGHT.
i think that my room is the only room where are the roommates belong in the same group.
After that, we slept.

P.S: I tried to be funny by removing the matress to the floor so that one group mate could sleep and i slept on the wooden board. and yes, it broke. then i hurriedly return thematress to the original position and combined the beds so that we can all sleep together.

DAY2
woke up at 7. Bath, prepared for buffet breakfast.

After breakfast was a boring 3.5 hour lecture!!!
Buffet lunch came after that.

EVENT OF THE DAY: Paintball.
We were given lectures again as usual, followed by democracy where we're further divded into groups ( group 1,2,3 coming together for the division).
The game was fun but PAIN!!!
we had 2 rounds of gameplay.
Round 1
I was the defender and shot enemies across.
I was only shot once. I looked up from the barrel i was hiding behind and next minute, i was shot in my face( protection from the helmet). Our team won.

Round2
This is the most epic round. I tried to be the person who charges for the flag.
I was very closed to winning! But when i grabbed the flag, the in charged blew the whistle, signifying a pause. the girls from opposing team took the opportunity to aim me. When the game resumed, before i could even move, i was shot!! 5 times, it was super painful!!! I was cursing and swearing atthe point of time, not at the girls, but at the in charged who paused the game at the most thrilling part of the game!!!

Our team lost, but we had fun and that is what matter most.
Had buffet dinner, played captain's ball and met in my room for preparation of GALA night.


Day3:
Breakfast at 8am ( buffet)
Raft building
Our team came in first despite losing all three challenges for extra resoucrces. Possibly due to less time needed to dismantle and simplicity is everything.
After the raft building comes Lunch(buffet).
Then it was preparation for GAIA NIGHT, where all the group did dances.


Day 4:
Buffet breakfat
LEFT the resort
proceeded to bukit indah
Shopping
Go home
